Data processed

The form may collect a name, email address, telephone number, asset type, approximate location, a description of the request and, where the user considers it necessary, a PDF, JPG or PNG document containing details of the property or properties to be valued. Technical information strictly required for the security and operation of the form is also processed. The submission date and request reference are associated with the message received.

Purposes and legal basis

Data are processed to confirm receipt, respond to the contact, frame the request, check the required competence and any potential conflicts and, where applicable, prepare a service proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, the legitimate interest in protecting the form against abuse and, where applicable, compliance with legal and professional obligations. The email address provided will not be used for advertising or unsolicited commercial communications.

Attached documents

Submitting a document is optional. Only information relevant to the initial review should be supplied, avoiding third-party personal data or financial information that is not necessary. The file is received in temporary hosting storage, checked for size and type and sent as an attachment to the professional mailbox. It is not placed in a public area of the website, is not included in the automatic confirmation sent to the user and the temporary copy is removed when processing ends. Copies inherent to the email service and its backup mechanisms remain subject to their applicable retention arrangements.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a professional relationship will be deleted from the mailbox when no longer required and, as a rule, within a maximum of 90 days. Data may be retained for longer where the request develops into a professional relationship or where required for compliance with legal or professional obligations, the establishment or defence of legal claims or the documentation of pre-contractual steps.

Recipients and security

Data are not sold or transferred to real estate agency brands. They may be processed by providers strictly required for hosting, automated-submission protection and email, subject to their applicable terms and confidentiality duties. Measures are applied to restrict file formats and sizes, validate received files and prevent their execution or public availability. No electronic transmission or storage mechanism can, however, guarantee absolute security.

Automatic confirmation and delivery failures

After the main request is delivered to the mail server, an automatic message is sent to the email address provided, containing only the name, reference and confirmation of receipt. A sending confirmation does not prove that the message has been read. Non-delivery notifications returned to the professional address may be used to detect an incorrect address and try another contact method supplied in the request.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, where applicable, through the contact form, by telephone or by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and technical services

The website does not use advertising cookies, user profiling or retargeting technologies. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated traffic; this service may process technical information required for the security check. If the use of tracking technologies changes, this policy and the applicable information or consent mechanisms will be updated.
